What is the age required: –

Medical Assistant trade (10+2 qualification)

• Candidates must be unmarried.
• Birthdate must fall between July 3, 2004, and July 3, 2008 (inclusive).

Medical Assistant trade (Diploma/B.Sc in Pharmacy):

• • Unmarried candidates: Birthdate must fall between July 3, 2001, and July 3, 2006 (inclusive).
  • Married candidates: Birthdate must fall between July 3, 2001, and July 3, 2004 (inclusive).

Educational Qualification

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates with 10+2 / Intermediate Qualification:-

• Must have completed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English from a recognized education board (Central, State, or UT).
• Minimum marks: 50% aggregate and 50% in English.
• OR, should have completed a two-year Vocational Course with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as non-vocational subjects from a recognized board, meeting the same 50% marks criteria.

Candidates with Diploma / B.Sc in Pharmacy:

• Must have completed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, securing at least 50% aggregate and 50% in English.
• Additionally, should hold a Diploma or B.Sc in Pharmacy with 50% aggregate marks, along with a valid registration from the State Pharmacy Council or Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) at the time of enrolment.

Important Notes:

1. Only education boards recognized by the Central, State, or Union Territories (UT) are accepted.
2. The exact percentage of marks as mentioned on the marksheet will be considered. No rounding off is allowed (e.g., 49.99% will be treated as 49%, not 50%)

What is sequence of selection process

• Physical Fitness Test (PFT)

  • 1.6 km run:
    • To be completed within 7 minutes for candidates up to 21 years of age.
    • Time limit extended to 7 minutes 30 seconds for candidates over 21 with a Diploma/B.Sc in Pharmacy.
  • Strength exercises:
    • 10 push-ups
    • 10 sit-ups
    • 20 squats
      All exercises must be completed within the given time to qualify.

  Written Test

  • Format: Objective, bilingual (English & Hindi), except the English section.
  • Answering method: OMR sheet.
  • Duration: 45 minutes.
  • Syllabus:
    • English: 20 questions (10+2 CBSE level).
    • Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA): 30 questions.

   

  • You must qualify in both sections separately.
  • Test results will be announced on the same day.\
