- Passed the Senior Secondary Examination in Arts, Science, or Commerce from the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education, or an equivalent examination recognized by the Government, or a higher qualification.
- Language Proficiency:
- Have a good working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and familiarity with Rajasthani dialects.
- Computer Skills:
- Possess any of the following qualifications:
- “O” Level or Higher Certificate Course conducted by DOEACC (now NIELIT) under the Department of Electronics, Government of India.
- Certificate in Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA) or Data Preparation & Computer Software (DPCS) under the National/State Council of Vocational Training Scheme.
- Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Application from a recognized university or institution.
- Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from a recognized Polytechnic Institution.
- Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information Technology (RSCIT) conducted by Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University, Kota, under the Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited.
- Senior Secondary School Examination with Computer Science as an optional subject.
- Any equivalent or higher qualification in the field of computers.
