1. Data Scientist / AI Engineer

Age Requirement: 25–35 years
Educational Qualification (Essential):

• Full-time B.E./B.Tech with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent
• OR M.E./M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in fields such as Data Science, AI, ML, NLP, Web Crawling, and Neural Networks

Experience Requirements:

• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in relevant domains
• Specific expertise in:
  • 2+ years in Python or R programming
  • 2+ years in model development and validation
  • 2+ years in data analytics
  • 2+ years in relational or NoSQL/graph databases
  • Cloud-based solution deployment
  • NLP, Web Crawling, Neural Network projects
  • AI/ML technologies
  • Agile project development
  • Financial services experience preferred

Key Skills (Mandatory):

• In-depth understanding of data models, mining, and segmentation
• ML model development and evaluation
• Proficient with structured/semi-structured/unstructured data
• Analytical databases like Vertica
• Data intelligence using tools like Alation
• SQL (DDL/DML/DQL)

Desirable Skills:

• Dimensional modelling techniques
• Conversational AI and responsible AI principles
• Secure data handling methods (encryption, masking, tokenization)
• Cloud architecture and security
• Tools like Spark, HBase, Nifi, Flume, Pig, etc.
• LLM deployment and BI reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, test, and deploy data models and ML/AI algorithms
• Analyze complex datasets for business insights
• Build automation tools for analytics workflows
• Identify areas for system/process optimization
• Collaborate across functions for solution development
• Ensure continuous monitoring and enhancement of deployed models

2. Data Engineer

Age Requirement: 25–35 years
Minimum Qualification:

• Full-time B.E./B.Tech (60%+) or equivalent/M.E./M.Tech/MCA in CS or IT

Preferred Certifications:

• Oracle/Microsoft/Cloudera credentials

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years post-qualification, with 3–5 years preferably in BFSI
• Experience in:
  • Database installation/configuration and performance tuning
  • Disk/CPU/memory monitoring and disaster recovery planning
  • Schema design, stored procedures, functions, triggers, indexing
  • ETL design and integration
  • SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Dimensional modelling
  • API development and management
  • Mentoring junior team members

Desirable Competencies:

• Authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT)
• Swagger/OpenAPI usage
• Agile methodology and version control
• Container orchestration tools
• Core banking systems and data security

Job Duties:

• Maintain and document database architecture and standards
• Optimize performance and conduct periodic upgrades
• Ensure secure and scalable data storage solutions
• Collaborate with data scientists and frontend/backend teams
• Define and enforce best practices for database operations
• Support MIS and reporting through database-driven insights

3. Data Scientist-cum-BI Developer

Age Requirement: 23–30 years
Minimum Educational Requirement:

• B.E./B.Tech (60%+) or equivalent/M.E./M.Tech/MCA in CS, IT, AI, or ML

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on work or certifications in ML, AI, NLP, Web Crawling, Neural Networks

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant project-based experience
• AI/ML project lifecycle exposure
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
• Exposure to BFSI domain projects preferred

Mandatory Skills:

• Advanced data modelling and segmentation

4. Specialist – Data Management (Subject Matter Expert)

Age Range: 30–40 years
Academic Qualification:

• Master’s degree in any field from a recognized university

Required Experience:

• 5–7 years of experience with NGOs/CSR initiatives or development agencies
• Demonstrable success in project execution and environmental programs
• Proven skills in stakeholder engagement, training, and project monitoring

Desired Background:

• Advanced Excel skills with dashboards and pivoting
• Strategic planning and impact-based budgeting
• CSR/ESG-aligned project frameworks and data analytics
• Familiarity with SDGs and social impact metrics
• Tool development for outcome measurement and impact evaluation

Job Profile Duties:

• Redesign existing development frameworks for better impact measurement
• Evaluate and enhance MIS systems and data flows
• Create ESG-aligned indicators for project evaluation
• Support integration of legacy and current datasets
• Develop data tools, wireframes, and reporting models
• Collaborate with IT teams to design data-driven portals and platforms
