Pay scale details
Management trainees will be inducted into Grade/Scale Junior Management (JM-I) as Deputy Managers after successful completion of training period for one year in the Bank. A monthly stipend of `65,000/- will be provided during training. As per Indian Banks Association (IBA) 12th Bilateral Settlement the Pay Band of Deputy Managers (JM-I) employed in Bank Service will be (48480- 2000-62480-2340-67160-2680-85920).
